Data we collect via the contact form
When you use our contact form we process the data you enter — your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and the content of your message. We use this solely to receive and respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your request (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and where your message concerns entering into a relationship with us, the steps taken at your request prior to that (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Providing this data is voluntary, but without it we cannot respond to you.
Recipients and hosting
Your form submission is delivered to us by email. The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., which processes technical connection data (such as your IP address) only as necessary to deliver the site securely. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising, and we transfer it to others only where required to operate the site or by law.
Cookies and language preference
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies and uses no analytics. The only information stored in your browser is a small "yb-locale" entry (browser local storage) that remembers your chosen language so the site loads in it on your next visit. This entry is strictly necessary to provide the language feature you selected. You can clear it at any time via your browser settings.
Retention
We keep contact enquiries only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, after which they are deleted, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data and to request its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, or portability, and to object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech supervisory authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, www.uoou.cz).
